Blue Ocean Training Center

Capability that remains after the programme ends.

Custom academies, practical workshops and train-the-trainer programmes for organisations that need people able to carry digital, AI, cyber, climate and responsible-business change into practice.

Working principleEvery programme begins with a real decision, role or work challenge — then builds the knowledge, tools and practice needed to act.

Who it is for

Designed around the people who must make change work.

The starting point is not a generic course catalogue. It is the audience, the decisions they face and the work they need to perform with greater confidence.

01

Companies and leadership teams

A shared language, clearer decisions and teams able to turn priorities into coordinated action.

02

Chambers, institutions and donor programmes

Scalable learning formats with practical outputs and a transparent approach to evaluation.

03

Consultants and trainers

Methods, facilitation practice and reusable tools that transfer directly into work with clients.

04

Public and multi-partner programmes

Aligned capability development across organisations, roles, sectors and regions.

Learning formats

The format follows the capability — not the other way around.

A programme may combine focused leadership sessions, practical labs, reusable tools and supported application. The mix is shaped around the intended result.

F/01

Custom academies

Multi-module programmes shaped around organisational roles, decisions and implementation priorities.

F/02

Executive briefings

Focused sessions that give leaders a decision-ready view of an emerging or complex topic.

F/03

Train-the-trainer

Programmes that prepare internal or partner trainers to deliver a consistent methodology with confidence.

F/04

Practical laboratories

Working sessions where participants apply methods and tools to a real organisational challenge.

F/05

Tools and evaluation

Reusable materials, assessment instruments and evidence plans that extend learning beyond the session.

Learning areas

Expert depth, translated into work people can actually do.

Each area can stand alone or become part of a broader transformation academy. Named programmes, dates and availability are confirmed only after the learning need is defined.

01

Digital transformation and responsible AI

Readiness, governance, use-case choices and the organisational capability required for responsible adoption.

02

Cybersecurity governance, NIS2 and cyber law

Management responsibility, supplier governance, incident readiness and the connection between legal duties and operational practice.

03

Climate, carbon and GHG management

GHG Protocol, Scope 1–3, data quality, target setting, decarbonisation and implementation planning.

04

HREDD, ESG and responsible business conduct

Risk-based due diligence, value-chain questions, governance and evidence that connect policy commitments to day-to-day decisions.

05

Green Digital

Connecting sustainability, digital tools, due diligence and data into a coherent management approach.

06

Programme design and consulting methods

Needs assessment, facilitation, practical frameworks, evidence and repeatable delivery methods.

07

Leadership for transformation

Decision-making, governance, ownership and communication for complex, cross-functional change.

Programme directions

Four starting points for capability building.

Each direction can become an executive briefing, a practical workshop or a multi-module academy. The final programme is shaped around the organisation, audience and required work output.

The learning path

Five stages from context to evidence.

The route is structured enough to create consistency and flexible enough to reflect the organisation, sector and participants in front of us.

  1. 01

    Discover

Clarify the audience, context, decisions and current capability.

  2. 02

    Design

Build the learning route, formats, tools and intended outputs.

  3. 03

    Practise

Work with examples, methods, tools and facilitated exercises.

  4. 04

    Apply

Use the learning on a real decision, process or organisational challenge.

  5. 05

    Evidence

Record progress, applied outputs and the next capability need.

What participants leave with

Learning becomes useful when it changes the next action.

  • 01A practical model and shared language for the selected topic.
  • 02Tools, templates or decision maps relevant to their work.
  • 03An applied output such as a priority map, action plan, prototype, assessment or facilitation design.
  • 04A clear next step for the participant, team or programme owner.

Start with the outcome

Tell us what your people need to decide, do or deliver.

We will shape the programme around that capability — with the right mix of expert input, practice, tools and application.

  • Who needs to learn or act
  • What decision, task or output must improve
  • The preferred timing and delivery context
